Jumbo Rewards Christmas Giveaway (the “Promotion”) - General Terms & Conditions

The promoter is Jumbo Interactive Pty Ltd  ABN 78 125 816 659 of 8 Camford St, Milton, QLD 4064 (the “Promoter”).

1. By entering into the Promotion, entrants will be deemed to have read and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
2. The promoter’s website, Jumbo Rewards, operates via http://www.jumborewards.com.au (the “Jumbo Rewards Website”).
3. In order to enter, viewers must have joined the JumboRewards.com.au website (using the form located at http://www.jumborewards.com.au/signup)
4. The Promotion is only open to Australian residents over 18 years old who reside in and are located in Australia and who do one of the following:
   • Register as a Jumbo Rewards member on the Jumbo Rewards Website; and/or
   • Refer a friend to Jumbo Rewards who becomes a Jumbo Rewards member on the Jumbo Website; and/or
   • Click on a "Reward Clicks" advertisement on the Jumbo Website; and/or
   • Purchase a product or register with a Reward Partner website, links of which are located on the Jumbo Website; and/or
   • Visit an advertiser featured in a Jumbo Reward Mail promotion via the links within the promotional email.
   • Visit an advertiser featured as a “Hot Offer” on the Jumbo Rewards website or via links within a promotional email sent by Jumbo Rewards
   • Complete a Reward Survey or Reward Quiz located on the Jumbo Rewards website
5. Employees and the immediate families of the Promoter or associated and subsidiary companies and related bodies corporate are ineligible to enter. 
6. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence).
7. A limit of 25 entries per person applies.
8. The Promotion will commence at 10th November 2008 and closes at AEST 11:59pm on 22nd December 2008.
9. The Promotion draw will take place on 23rd December 2008 at AEST 10:00am.  Valid entrants will be drawn at random to determine winners.  The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. The winners will be notified by e-mail within 48 hours of the prize draw taking place.
11. The winners will also be published on www.jumborewards.com.au and in ”The Australian” newspaper within 30 days of the draw.
12. In the event that a prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may substitute an alternative prize of equal or higher value. 
13. No responsibility will be accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
14. The total prize pool is $7,085.85.

    • 20 x 6 month subscriptions to "WHO" Magazine
    • 50 x Double Adult Movie Passes
    • 20 x Copies of "i-Studio" media software

Non-cash prizes are not redeemable for cash.

15. All entries have an equal chance of winning.  The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable.  The prizes must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to use it as stated. 
16. The Promoter makes no representation or warranty as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of any of the prizes.
17. All non cash prizes shall be delivered to the winner at the promoters expense. Cash prizes are payable to winners via Bank Transfer or PayPal. All prizes shall be given to winners within 28 days of the draw date.
18. Should the winner not be contactable or claim their prize before 23rd February 2009, it will be re-drawn on 24th February 2009, and a new winner will be selected.  The re-draw will take place at 8 Camford St, Milton, QLD 4064.
19. The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered or sustained, to person or property (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), arising from taking the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
20. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the Promotion.  If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the Promotion.  By entering the Promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter may use this information, or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant.  Entrants’ personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and winner’s names will be published as required under the relevant lottery legislation in each State and Territory.  You may choose to opt out of receiving communications and we will give you the opportunity to do that each time we contact you.  A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at the address set out above.
